Folup AI by Westworks Web Services

These terms describe the current early-access Folup AI service. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful business activities.

Your account and records

You are responsible for information entered into your workspace, keeping access to your sign-in account secure, and checking work dates and payment records. Recorded payments are bookkeeping entries; Folup AI does not collect, hold or transfer those customer payments.

Customer communication

You must have permission to use customer details and send messages. Do not use Folup AI for spam, misleading messages or prohibited content. WhatsApp use is also subject to Meta’s applicable terms and policies.

Trial and paid plans

The initial trial runs for 30 days from business setup. No payment card is required and there is no automatic charge. Premium pricing and purchase terms will be shown before paid plans become available. No paid subscription is currently created by starting a trial.

Early-access availability

Features may change as the product is tested. The WhatsApp integration is currently a limited pilot; reminder previews do not mean a message has been sent. Check message status and your business records before relying on them. Keep an independent copy of essential records.

Acceptable use and account requests

Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace, misuse credentials or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse or security issues. To request account closure or report a problem, email info.westworks@gmail.com.
